Polepharma, the French pharmaceutical production cluster

With so many major French and international pharmaceutical companies long established within its borders and a high value-added range of know-how and skills to its credit, Eure-et-Loir is recognised as being the “health département”.
Since 2002, thanks to CODEL (Economic Development Commitee of Eure-et-Loir), it has been home to and guiding light of Polepharma, bringing together a wide-reaching network of local SMEs and large specialised groups in a shared work dynamic.

PharmaValley is Europe’s top pharmaceutical production pool, bringing together leading names in the development and production of today’s and tomorrow’s medicines.
The result of an interregional alliance of 3 partner networks – Polepharma, Grepic and the Chemistry-Biology-Health Technopole – PharmaValley brings together all the skills required in the pharmaceutical industry with regard to production, research and training, and generates half of France’s production of medicines.
