Although the Centre-Loire Valley region of France  is above all identified with production of cereals, it also boasts a very active and highly diversified agrifood industry. The region is host to such great names as Barilla Harry’s France (Viennese pastries), McKey (frozen meat), Ebly (wheat for cooking), Cadbury-Schweppes (chocolate) and Laiterie Triballat (dairy products), as well as to a good many SMEs.
