NEWSIndustrie Cartarie Tronchetti Group (ICT), Lucca, Italy, has started up the new tissue line at its greenfield Pannes mill in the Loiret. Both the machine and converting plant are now operating. ICT invested some EUR 100 million ($142 million) in the new mill, which employs 140-150 people.
