The LVMH site in Saint-Jean de Braye (Loiret) is the largest European cosmetics factory with 1,400 employees including 260 research scientists, and the first private employer of the Loiret region, with a surface area of 55 hectares, 117 000 m² of buildings, and a water station supplied by a well at a depth of 60 meters so the site is completely autonomous.
Every year, the Centre region sees new foreign companies setting up within its territory, along with incoming fresh investments to bolster development of foreign capital companies already located there.
Its logistics infrastructures and its proximity to Paris and its market and its international airports are among the many major advantages that the Centre region has to offer to attract new companies.
